Description: the user’s body emits a faint light while his imagine is slightly distorted while his body in in constant vibration

Effect: This increased caster speed and jumping by a slight each time its casted for one post. If Silmeria is holding his spear the it changes shape to that of a large arrow head for the duration of the post. This is capped at 5 casts per post.

This is two different spells, totalling a 24% over increase in effectiveness using 1.5% of your maximum available source.

No, the stacking is not the issue. You have 15 source controlling two unrelated statistics in one go. Jumping height and Casting Speed have next to no feasible connection to one another. This would need to be separated into two.

There are two main problems with this after I slept on it: the stacking has virtually no limit, and the percentage is actually too high for a proper function at this moment. While I usually prefer percentages to words, this early on in your career perhaps it would be wiser to use terms such as minor/moderate/large in your description for all the little difference it makes. As for the stacking effect, am I correct in assuming there is no limit? If so there would certainly need to be one.

For 15 mp a minor increase would suffice. The stack going to until you are 'astonishingly faster' seems subjective to interpretation. You would need a concrete cap.

I meant percentage so the fault is mine for improper wording. There *must* be a maximum number of times this can be cast.
