On the beginning of every integer of five's page (i.e 5th page, 10th page, 15th page etc.) all people in the topic, regardless of when they joined, regain 1/4th of their total source.

You cannot regain past your maximum Synchronization Level.

This is the only means of Source regeneration.
There are no methods allowed that involve you reducing the cost of Source.
