| Name: Etzolix
Age: 19
Race: Human
Inheritance: Praevidentia – This leaves Etzolix undetectable in any sort of way. He has no scent, aura, leaves no traces of sound to be followed or pinpointed and etc. All methods of detection are naught except normal things such as normal sight or normal hearing. This undetectability refers mainly to enhanced abilities although he doesn't particularly have a scent for normal noses to trace either. He is essentially, "unknown" and can't be read.
Elements: Space, Wind, Water.
Appearance: Standing at Six foot in height his hair is ivory, snow like even. He has yellow eyes or more specifically ocher colored ones. They can even be seen in the dark such as that as a heartless; only it shows the conscience of a sentient being. His rather pale skin however his has a small tint of brown that shows he could develop a tan say he were to spend more time in the sun. He has sharper than normal canines due to his demon’s influence within him. His pupils are snake like including the fact that they are slit despite that they do not affect his vision.
Personality: Reserved and skeptical he doesn't let himself become closer to anyone in a personal way and only trusts people politically if at all (excluding people he has already become close to in his youth). Tending to manipulate people to achieve what he wants his moral standpoint is very gray and while he'll go by the, "any means necessary" mentality he tends to justify himself by saying it is for a greater good (despite usually being for selfish reasons he is aware of). Becoming a more natural leader was not something that he expected and finds it rather easy to do and is willing to make the choices that no one else will. The reptile still prefers not to kill if he can avoid it only because he wishes to make popping his, "Kill cherry" an important one and not lose it like a desperate virgin would with a whore but instead a patient man with their first love. Etzolix's relationship with each person he has grown close to tends to be a unique one and has been molded through the years. Although, he is less indecisive now and is willing to not put his own goals on hold in order to appease others which he might have done years ago.
Affinities: Etzolix's Reflexes and Agility are phenomenal and are his best attributes due to constantly avoiding blows and practicing this in battle. This also is derived from his past in breakdancing which helped him develop an agile like body. Skilled in many weapons of the close range variety he is extremely precise with blades when fighting up close. He isn’t a leader or a follower but can be either and is flexible. He knows when to do both and will do so as long as it follows what he wants or if the benefit is worth the compromise, therefore accomplishing his goals tends to be easier. He has taken notice that his reflexive talent has now traveled to his overall speed within this universe.
Weakness: Etzolix’s largest weakness is that he isn't gifted in magic. He does however make simple and effective spells that compensate for this by focusing on physical damage opposed to magical damage. Still capable of composing complex spells he is far from anyone would call decent in magic when it comes to raw talent and skill. He can use what he has though to his advantage (despite that not being much). In short, his magic construction is horrendous and it takes much more effort to create complex spells than a normal warrior. Long distance combat is also an extreme weakness due to heavy reliance on close ranged weaponry. If there were someone to exploit this he would have a very difficult time landing blows simply because they're too far away.
Origin: Etzolix’s original account.
History: “Get in the damn ship.” Inarius said yelling to a couple of people who were strays from the village being shrouded in darkness. As they listened and escaped or potentially did so leaving the world he rushed back to the ship where he was needed and joined the people that needed him most, family, friends etc. Not necessarily anything special he was a protector as proclaimed by the village and as they left heartless randomly began to latch on before launching. No big deal. These were the weaker ones and were able to be handled.
“Inarius.”
A familiar voice said of a name he can’t currently remember. Looking toward where she pointed it seemed that there were many aerial heartless that were going to block their way and murder them in cold blood consuming their hearts for whatever reason they did it. As the bitter conclusion was about to be reached Inarius jumped out of the rather large ship that had been designed to hold many people. Turning into a dragon of ice and wind energy flying around and fighting the heartless he knew he was going to die if he didn’t return to the ship due to the numbers that they had. As he continued to fight he realized that if he stopped then the gummi ship wouldn’t make it and motioned with his tail for them to leave him as he played distraction. The people aboard were hesitant and he would have yelled but all that came out was a roar of frustration that got the point across. Eventually, he would perish and give into the darkness becoming a heartless version of the form he had taken.
--------------
Keilah stepped into her small apartment after having a rather enjoyable time out. She had celebrated becoming a mage by going out with the girls to a party, her final one if she was going to accept responsibility as an adult. Tying up her read hair and putting her clothes away in the hamper so they could become washed she would lay in her bed and nod off. Waking up to monotonous routine she had noticed a change in her magical energy about a month after and self-examined her inner energies and discovered her pregnancy. Sighing to herself she knew that the only fair thing to do was to prepare her body and parents for the incoming news and how it would have to be handled. The appropriate amount of months later the child was born but unlike her, his affinity for magic was so low it would be doubtful that he would even be able to the cast simplest of spells.
---------------
As Inarius was spawned in the Realm of Darkness he grew accustomed to the traditions of the heartless and his moral code became gray. As he began putting his own personal and selfish reasons ahead of others he decided no matter what he would discover what would happen to those he sacrificed himself for. Now escaping the worlds he would wander into them until he would discover a small town of Twilight. Floating about transparently and invisibly “becoming” wind Keilah would close the window as she felt the breeze come through and didn’t want her child to be sick. As it began crying she went to fetch some blankets to keep him warm. Inarius looked at the child and saw his opportunity. While yes, this was a long term plan he would take the child’s body and mold it into his own and slowly put his power into it so as he grew he would grow more powerful because of his influence. Not knowing that detecting abilities that the mother had the heartless went and possessed the body of the child lingering in its own shelter so it could observe without making suspicion. Unfortunately, upon returning to the room she knew what was going on and had possession prevention classes. As she held her child she noticed that the creature created itself a home to observe from while slowly leaking power at decent levels. Instead of taking a risk and creating her own field around it she transformed that itself into a cage making it so he couldn’t fully possess the child while still able to observe making it so that one day the child itself could exorcise the heartless when he had enough life force to do so. Perhaps when he was older and it was such a risky process the mage would do it. Keilah looked at her child who shared her ocher eyes and raven hair and was glad that at least nothing had overcome him and she was efficient in her magic being able to protect her child.
---------------
Years later she was working a full shift job and would have to do over time a lot in order to provide the money for where they lived and what they could afford to eat. Her skills weren’t exactly in high demand so she had a low paying job at a store that underpaid her since they were the only ones hiring and were trying to give her something. During this point in Etzolix’s life he was associating with some friends who would teach him parkour, breakdancing and other physical skills that would allow him to move around the town more easily. Starting this at a young age he picked up quickly due to much practice and wasn’t always a natural at it. Of course, he wasn’t exceptionally horrible either so becoming decent wasn’t all too surprising. Getting abducted deeper into the group around a year later when he was eight years old he met the leader of the group; an older woman named April or at least that was the name she went by. As the two grew closer they began to spend more time together, alone.
---------------
The two stood at a vending machine April a good foot over Etzolix--who was rather tiny for most of his youth—watching her bang on the machine and getting the drink out. It was an old piece of shit and he was surprised that she had gotten it to work In the first place. Looking at the can as he picked it up he handed it to her without reading the label of what it was. Taking a gulp she looked down on towards the raven haired child.
“Wanna swig?”
She asked having left quite a bit in the can making sure that the young gang affiliate would be able to satisfy his parched throat if it was something he had at the moment. Handing the can over to him he read the label and a grown of disappointment came across his face. Handing it back to her he had angstily said.
“What’s wrong?”
She questioned sitting on the curb and motioning for him to sit down. As he did he followed her motion and didn’t speak. For some reason he had been like this towards her recently upon discussing more personal matters on her part. Putting her arm around him and bring him in close she laid her head on top of his as they watched the random passerby’s avoid them. Letting out a small sigh he reluctantly began to speak.
“You’re leaving.”
He said talking about a topic she had brought up with the second in command. This was something that he overheard and this was the beginning of his skills as a detective. “You’re leaving in April.” The boy said again already making the connection that it was an alias and that she never intended to stay as leader as long as she did. She nodded and took a sip from the can and offered some to him again.
“I hate sour drinks.”
---------------
“I’m sorry.”
Etzolix said on top of the clock tower with April adjacent to him. He laid his head on her shoulder a typical position that he was in when they were next to each other. She was rather comfortable to lie on.
“It wasn’t your fault.”
“I know, but—”
“Don’t worry about it. I only have to wait another year.”
A soft smile came across her face as she consoled the youth. Another year had passed and he had felt guilty that she had to stay stuck here until she was eighteen; a year from now. She was to be reunited with her lover and truthfully the child was jealous but understood the complicated situation of his affection and kept this to himself. Although, he was a still novice and she knew this and did her best to not lead him on but feel satisfied for what little relationship they had only amusing him a way out of pity and responsibility.
“What’s your name?”
He inquired. Curious if she would ever actually let him know.
“I’ll tell you another day.”
She responded. With a sigh he accepted the fact that he would probably never know and sunk into his a seat a little bit relying on her body to keep him elevated eventually being moved so that he was just laying on her lap. His eyes were heavy, the closed and he fell asleep.
---------------
His eyes opening he remembered this scene from a year ago. Having lived a decade this was the last day she had here and the tension between the two was obvious. Or more like one sided. She was rather content and truthfully Etzolix was rather selfish and wished she was as sad as he was right now that leaving would seem like the worse choice. As she gazed into the sky with a soft smile the a sinking sensation in Etzolix’s heart made itself known as he saw the Sun set the evident Twilight a sign for their interaction to come to an end. The female looked down at the boy whose eyes were moist but who refused to cry or at least on front of her. The content and satisfaction that once filled the eighteen year old’s eyes was now replaced with sadness of a different vein than what Etzolix was experiencing. Wishing that she didn’t have to affect the boy so perhaps some type of closure would suffice? Her face slowly lowering on the boys her hair tickled his face as he asked, “What are you doing?” Their lips slowly grazed each other the tips of them staying only for a moment before being pressed together in a soft manner. The boy had no idea what he was doing so he did nothing and she pulled away slowly. Letting up the pressure her face was not even an inch away from his and he would ask softly and somewhat timid. “What’s your name?” Tapping on his stomach he knew the signal to get up and follow her. As they climbed down the clock tower they went back to the old vending machine still as broken down as ever but fixed up a little. Only enough so really that it could work without getting constantly banged on. Pulling out the drink she moved and started explaining her relationship with the other guy. She knew this would kill Etzolix on the inside but it was the only way to drive the point home. She started off with a tragic history—everyone had one of those, didn’t they? This was someone that took her in, made her feel safe, guaranteed her happiness etc etc. The realization that he could offer more than what this mere 10 year old could truthfully depressed him but he’d muscle through it. The relevance of her name was also explained having met him in the month of April, the name a homage to when they first met and coincidentally when they would meet again. Not noticing where she was walking it had seemed he walked her to Central Station. As she was about to board the train she looked at the can in her hand and said, “Here, take this. I don’t really want it anymore.” tossing the can towards the boy who caught it with relative ease. “Etzolix—” She began.
“April,” He Interrupted.
Looking down at the ground he was mustering up his courage to ask a final time hoping that he wouldn’t face rejection. Understanding the circumstance April too looked down momentarily and then back up…might as well finish their interactions with some type of closure.
“My name is--”
The train started moving the sound of it overpowering her voice even though she yelled it. Etzolix looked up and his eyes were watery but he still refused to let the waterfall he held back splash his cheeks with weakness and longing. There wasn’t much she could do about this because that was her train so she walked in and never looked back. The boy looked at the drink that she tossed him. Reading the label this was the one she always got.
“I hate sour drinks.”
He chugged it all.
---------------
The group disintegrated and they all went their separate ways which was much to his mother’s pleasure. She had been stressed recently and it was nice knowing that this was one less concern on her part. Four years later Etzolix was wandering the streets of the town and ran into some trouble. Luckily, he still practiced moving around and had escaped jumping through alleyways and all that jazz using what he learned from his previous affiliates years before. Escaping into his mother’s apartment he saw her on the floor and he was wide eyed and scared. Calling for some help it would be determined that she had died of a heart attack and it was too late for him to do anything. The boy didn’t take this too hard and understood that death was a part of life—an unfortunate part but one nonetheless. Needing to find some means to make money to pay for the apartment he joined the Twilight Town military and wouldn’t hold his heart heavy for his mother. He appreciated her yeah but he wasn’t responsible for her death, no one was. There was nothing to blame but life itself and Etzolix already knew that he shouldn’t point fingers at something he had no control over. He entered the building for Twilight Town military registration with a can in his hand of a drink he wasn’t particularly fond of.
--------------- April 30th, 2008 - May 9th, 2012
Etzolix joined Neo One’s military once reaching the age of 14 because he felt the need to do so. Upon doing this he met some others in the military where he fought Neo when Neo decided to test their strength. This battle was cut short, and even then Etzolix never became friends with his momentary comrades. The first friend Etzolix made in since joining the military was Venaster, who though only met on a couple occasions was a pretty cool person. They met in a heartless battle where the two almost died and were accompanied by someone else by the name of Saixor. Arriving in Destiny Islands he met this rather optimistic warrior named Kotor. They’ve fought multiple times on Destiny islands and at that point had been established as friends but also as rivals, on all occasions these battles ended up as draws. Etzolix traveled some more, he wasn’t fond of staying in the same place after discovering means of travel. Running into a bystander surrounded by heartless and was this…a human one? Yeah, it was someone who would later discover named Lenneth. He lost this battle rather quickly seeing as Lenneth had been much powerful than he was. This heartless hadn’t even been trying, to prevent death he froze the tail that he was trapped in making it so Lenneth couldn’t squeeze him to death. The rest is vague because he passed out from being trapped and being smashed into some object, probably the floor. After this he went to Port Royal meeting Venaster again on this venture to the world he met a person named Yima. He didn’t know but they would have a lot to do with each other in the future. In Twilight town again Neo had been absent for quite some time so things were somewhat dull he ran into a warrior named Tementeye. He was more experience now but still lost to Tementeye and could have died had they not been merely sparring. Tementeye though not as cheery and perhaps naïve as Kotor was still rather happy go lucky. It seemed out of all those that he met and became friends with he was the more cynical one but he never really tried to force that onto others and instead let them show different ways to have a good time. Kingdom Hearts, this was the first time he was here and he was here with Yima. While here though he met a female named Ikara, this was the first female he actually interacted with in conversation. The three were going to spar in a free for all but they had been interrupted. After this he went to Hollow Bastion and he ended up seeing this girl who was in distress.
It was odd, her name was Victoria and she just randomly left, Etz didn’t see the point in chasing someone he didn’t know. Meeting Tementeye again he began to talk, and apparently St. White’s festival was the next day? St. White’s it was pretty boring really, he met this one guy in combat that never returned and Roxas was there to help fight this entity though he didn’t know who he was at that time. Etzolix also met a child from his past, a fellow thief, his former best friend but he seemed to disappear just like the rest of the people that randomly come and go throughout the worlds. Etzolix acquainted a few other people but none of which were really memorable and for awhile he stayed in Twilight patrolling. After getting to a certain power meeting random people along the way he joined Kingdom Hearts. He heard the empire was the strongest alliance there was and that they went around flaunting their power. Upon discovering they were fairly boring when he had joined he stumbled onto MorpheusZero, who was NeoOne’s “older” brother and re-established his alliance and left the empire with fruitful promises of causing havoc. Etzolix had visited Yima who he had cut connections with, and in this event he attempted to kill him. This was mainly to the influence of Inarius who showed himself in stressful times or moments of weakness that had persuaded Etzolix to do this. Their battle was cut off before it really began. Upon regaining ties with him again he had reconnected their friendship but things were still somewhat awkward at first. In Hollow Bastion he ended encountering Kotor again and fought him. At this time Etzolix was stronger and had an easy time defeating him in combat, so his new established rival had been Yima who was always slightly stronger than him yet wasn’t as skillful in battle which helped even things out. Etzolix’s second battle with Lenneth in his home turf in the Realm of Darkness, Etzolix yet again lost and almost got eaten by Lenneth’s castle. He had fought him in his underwear and almost died again while getting a scar on his torso from the teeth marks. He viewed Lenneth as “the ultimate challenge” due to always losing to him and never really standing a chance to him even though there were others in his tier of power. Perhaps it was because they were enemies but they didn’t have any personal grudge against each other? There wasn’t much to happen in this aside Etzolix going on another hiatus mainly due to boredom and continued to train himself. Once again meeting up with Morpheus he met a new associate this time, female and blue hair. She wasn’t one he was going to easily forget. From what Etzolix experienced they had something for each other, but he wasn’t sure. He knew his feelings for her, but he wasn’t sure how she felt. Like Etzolix she wasn’t stable, but more so crazed than Etz when it came to behavior outside of battle. Soon enough she disappeared though, which she did a couple times their spark or what Etzolix thought was one igniting each time. She disappeared for good which left Etzolix unsure of opening himself to other females the same way. Though this was already starting to happen due to his friends disappearing time after time, leaving him to travel and wander by himself once again. Not long after Yima’s disappearance did Morph disappear and even Biscuits of Heart who was now known as “Jet Enduro”, who he wasn’t close to but had fun doing stupid things with. From what Etzolix heard through tails of the realm was that Lenneth had died to Riku; his husband. These notions are still unconfirmed however he felt obligated to take the Realm afterwards to safeguard it, say Lenneth hadn’t died. Riku disappeared as well as Kairi after she had turned…evil? He wasn’t sure but didn’t care much. These two weren’t all that important even when compared to Forte who was Etzolix’s short term rival, extremely short term in fact. Their rival had only started during the attack of the empire’s main ground lead by Etzolix and two others that he used as pawns.
What were their names? Max Aeros and Leo were most likely it but he still wasn’t sure. During this war he saw some of Lenneth’s full potential for the second time. The first time he saw Lenneth’s potential is when he saw Hrist takeover and fight Jet and Pinky and defeat them both. Jet during this war seemed even weaker and not even like him, it seemed he had memory problems from the battle with Lenneth but that didn’t matter. Pinky also seemed to be switching sides and Terradagger though on the empire’s side steered clear of Etzolix due to him and Yima being like brothers and Terradagger being Yima’s love interest. Though at the time Etzolix hadn’t known of this relationship they had going on. By the time Yima and Ansem had joined the battle had been interfered with and never really finished, all in all it was a win for the empire if anything. Stagnant times took the land and there was a period not worth noting due to the lack of activity by most important figures of the world. After this period many of these figures seemed to disappear, this is when Etzolix started searching and started acting less hostile as many of his enemies or people he felt worth a fight had gone. Now there were new fights brewing. Shi went to him and asked to helped start chaos but Etzolix merely orchestrated events and led Shi to the proper areas. After few skirmishes, encounters with Trickster and Ansem, it seemed that they disappeared as well. Etzolix followed shortly after on a hunt for everyone who had gone. Finding himself in Deep Space he led a rebellion before it became integrated into the universe he just left. Shi found him here and freed him from his prison where they went to another world he wasn’t familiar with and met up with Ikara. He is currently staying with Shi for a brief period of time letting the Realm of Darkness naturally select its new ruler. During the most recent years nothing really exciting happened and he ended up reclaiming The Realm of Darkness with new found motivation to accomplish a particular goal of his.
Note: Only things included were something of relative importance. There were many other events that had taken place within these years.
Many things have happened since this time, however, the only notable thing regarding how he was granted access to this universe was through Shirou. After Asher's soul is unbound from Shirou's and gets reincarnated, Shirou discovers that he can finally travel through dimensions. Not wanting to go alone, he offers Etzolix to travel with him. This is an offer he takes and extends to a couple potential people and whether or not they choose to follow and has Shirou do certain things to ensure they could follow.
