Description: A rip in the dimension that is a square in shape and looks like data blocks. When entering the thing going through also takes on this look as if being censored (like a middle finger on television).

Effect: A rip in dimension that can be made large enough to encompass a single person (at a time) is formed within 5 feet (1.524 meters) of the user and when entered will form another portal 5 feet from the original portal. It can also be made smaller. This portal lasts for a single, complete, use. Meaning if someone were to step half way in the portal until they stepped all the way through or retract themselves all the way back the portal would remain open (as to not confuse people because of physics). This is for in combat portalling and the user does not require to pay Source for out of combat uses or abide by these restrictions.

Anything Source based cannot go through (unless a summon or a person in a form) or redirected through use of a portal. This prevents 300 Source worth of blasts being deflected by a 10/20/etc Beat that costs much less.
Basically if a Beat was launched at the portal the portal would not affect it at all and vice versa it would go through as if the portal wasn't there.
There is also a sound when a portal is made that makes it so people know that it is being made.

I'm also aware this has a nonretroactive cost effect in my RPs where I had already used this.
